My Past Experience

I had the good fortune to work with technology companies like IBM, TELUS, Open Text, and The Portal Connector. While at these companies, I gained an excellent understanding of concepts like web self-service, customer relationship management, e-commerce, and cloud-based business applications.

I also learned to appreciate the vast amount of digital content on public and private networks, and how important it is to make sure it is secure, available, and trustworthy. 

Startup Canada

I volunteered for Startup Canada as a Communications Lead for their Startup Communities initiatives in 2013 and 2014.

Rogers and Canada Post

I was a contract UX and content writer for Rogers Communications and Canada Post in 2014 and 2015 during significant product and content management initiatives.


I served as a senior content writer and marketer for XE.com from 2018 to 2019.
